09:40 Ultrasound appearance of nerves and needling techniques (lecture).

10:00 Needling practice on phantoms (practical).

10:50 Coffee.

11:10 Needling practice tissue (practical).

12:10 Anatomy and ultrasound appearances of nerves in upper limb 1 (lecture).

12:30 Lunch

13:30 Brachial plexus workshop.
Guided hands-on practice with models (practical).

14:45 Coffee.

15:00 Anatomy and ultrasound appearances of nerves in upper limb 2 (lecture).

15:20 Upper limb workshop.
Guided hands on practice with models (practical).

17:00 End of day one.
